This contract («Contract») is entered into by and between the Beekeeper, hereinafter referred to as «Party A», and the Landowner, hereinafter referred to as «Party B». This Contract is governed by the beekeeping laws of the state of Missouri, as set forth in the Missouri Revised Statutes and other relevant legal authorities.
